Huynh Trung Dung (Dung Huynh) is the Public Policy Faculty of the YSEALI Academy and a lecturer of Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management (FSPPM), Fulbright University Vietnam. A current Ph.D. candidate in Public Policy Analysis at the Pardee RAND Graduate School (RAND Corporation, the United States), Huynh's research interests include Asian political economy, security, policy making and strategic management. At RAND, he has participated in diverse research projects about security, defense and healthcare policymaking, apart from a 3-month research externship on US-Southeast Asian relations at the Lawrence Livermore National Lab (LLNL), California.

Prior to joining RAND, Huynh was a lecturer in management, strategy and leadership at the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program (currently FSPPM at Fulbright University Vietnam) and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University Vietnam after working in Vietnam's Ministry of Foreign Affairs for eight years. Huynh has an M.P.P. from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (Singapore) and undergraduate degrees in international relations, telecommunications and economics (Vietnam).
