Mr. Nguyen Tan Binh is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, the Open University of HCM City. Mr. Binh is co-instructor for Principles of Accounting course in the Summer term and a tutor for the Appraisal of Development Expenditures in the Spring term. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Economics from the University of Economics - HCMC. Mr. Binh holds an MA in Economics from the University of Economics - HCMC. He was a participant in the Applied Economics for Policy Analysis Program at the FETP in 1998-1999.
