Asian Law Society and Association: ALSA 4th Annual Meeting

From 12-15 December 2019, Assoc. Prof. Pham Duy Nghia attended Asian Law Society and Association: ALSA 4th Annual Meeting at Osaka, Japan, and presented the topic "Administrative Court in Vietnam: Legal and Political Boundary"

The paper analyzed the evolution of administrative litigations in Vietnam from 1996 to current era, evaluated the role and impact of this judicial form in settling disputes between citizens and enterprises caused by administrative decisions.

This judicial form is expected to be more prominent in the context of Vietnam advocating for increased transparency and accountability in public governance.
