The book is the 5th edition revised from the original book ‘Monograph on Business Laws’ (for Post-graduate program) issued by Hanoi Vietnam National University Publishing House in 2004. The monograph was consecutively revised and published annually from 2009 to 2012. After four editions, the monograph was restructured into an Introductory Textbook into Business Laws for graduate education.
