Institutional Reform: From Vision to Reality

This FETP paper provides context for policy dialogue during Vietnam Executive Leadership Program (VELP) 2015. The paper lays out systematic institutional reforms with focus on legislature and judiciary to promote inclusive development model, the most possible kind of model that helps the Party and State achieve development goals, retain legitimacy, ensure social stability and protect national sovereignty.
