Tu-Quan Nguyen-Huy (in Vietnamese: Nguyễn Huy Tử Quân) is a Research Assistant to the Dean of the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, Fulbright University Vietnam. Before joining FSPPM, he worked at NHQuang&Associates as a Legal Consultant and at the Gia Dinh University as an assistant to the Board of Rectors. He also participated in several research projects, including those hosted by the Institute for Social Development Studies, the European Forest Institute and the Mekong Development Research Institute.
Tu-Quan gained a Master of Public Policy, majoring in Policy Analysis (class of 2023) from the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Law (class of 2019, honors program) from the School of Law, Vietnam National University in Hanoi. His research interests include Law, Development policies, Political economy and Political science.
