Ms. Le Thi Quynh Tram is a lecturer of public policy and the academic affairs manager at the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program. She teaches Microeconomics for Public Policy in the Fall semester, and Regional and Local Development in the Spring semester. She is also a research coordinator for the Lower Mekong Public Policy Initiative, an USAID-funded socioeconomic and environmental policy research project for the Lower Mekong region. Her research has focused on sustainable development. Prior to joining FETP in 2008, Tram worked in software industry in Ho Chi Minh City and in Ontario, Canada. She holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. She also holds One year post-graduate in Applied Economics and Public Policy from FETP.
