Prospective Students

• Group 1: Officials from public managment sectors; lecturers, offcials from public universities, research institutes.
• Group 2: Managers and executives from enterprises (including SOEs); NGOs/NPOs; social organizations; press and news agencies; lecturers and officials from private or international universities and institutes; and fresh graduates 
• Group 3: Officials working in the organizations of Laos Government. Candidates must hold Laos nationality and apply under Mekong - U.S. Partnership Program (MUSP)

Application eligibility 

• A bachelor's degree from any majors with good rank or higher. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree not ranked as good or higher must have at least 2 years of full-time working experience
• Complete foundation courses as required by the Ministry of Education and Training for those who did not graduate from Economics or Management majors

• Scanned copies of bachelor (or higher) degree and other relevant certificates
• Scanned copies of additional diplomas, certificates (if available)
• Scanned coppies of English language proficiency (valid within 2 years until admission deadline):
  • Duolingo English Test of at least 90 points; academic IELTS of at least 5.5; iBT TOEFL of at least 46 points; TOEIC, in which: Listening of at least 400, Reading of at least 385, Speaking of at least 160, Writing of at least 150; or Aptis ESOL International Certificate at least B2;
