Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoai is the Vice Rector of the University of Economics, HCM City. Mr. Hoai is the co-instructor for Case Studies for Policy Analysis course in the Summer term, for Analytical Methods in the fall term, and for Development Finance in the Spring term. He holds a PhD and an MA in Economics from the University of Colombo (Sri Lanka) (Dutch - Sri Lanka Program). He also holds a BS in National Economy Planning from the University of Economics, HCM City.
