The Vietnam Executive Leadership Program (VELP) provides a forum for senior Vietnamese policymakers and business leaders to engage in a structured, research-based dialogue about key policy challenges confronting Vietnam and the world. VELP is a collaborative initiative of the Vietnamese government, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Vietnam Program at the Harvard Kennedy School. VELP 2018 took place during late June on the campus of the Harvard Kennedy School. Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue led the delegation of senior policymakers who participated in the program.
