1. Graduation Requirements
To graduate, students must meet all the academic requirements of the Program. In addition, students must:
- Maintain full-time status during the entire program;
- Achieve a minimum grade point average of B- with no grade of C or Incomplete; and
- Have completed and successfully defended the master’s thesis.
2. Degree
Students who have met all graduation requirements will be eligible to receiving:
- Master’s Degree in Economics conferred by the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City (UEH)
- Transcript issued by UEH
- 2-year Graduate Certificate in Public Policy co-signed by FETP Academic Dean and UEH Rector
- FETP transcript
Students who have met all requirements but not yet completed or defended his/her master’s thesis unsuccessfully will receive:
- 2-year Graduate Certificate co-signed by FETP Dean and UEH Rector
- FETP transcript
Note: Students who fail to meet their thesis submission deadline or defend their thesis unsuccessfully will have to resubmit and redefend (if approved by their thesis supervisor) their thesis with the next class.
Students who fail to meet all requirements of the program will receive:
- FETP transcript recording the student’s completed courses and credits.
