Dr. Trương Minh Huy Vũ, Director of Center for International Studies (SCIS), and Ms. Phạm Ngọc Minh Trang, Researcher, Center for International Studies (SCIS), University of Social Sciences and Humanities, HCMC will have a presentation on this topic.
