A Seminar on "The impacts of climate change in the Vietnam Mekong Delta and the effectiveness of irrigation investment" will be organized by the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program. Assoc. Prof. Lê Anh Tuấn, Deputy Director, Research Institute for Climate Change, Cần Thơ University will have a presentation on this topic.
