A Seminar on "The Tale of three Rivers: The Jucar, Blue Nile, and Mekong" will be organized by The Lower Mekong Public Policy Initiative (LMPPI) at the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program. Prof. Ariel Dinar, School of Public Policy, University of California, Riverside, USA will have a presentation on this topic.
