Truong Minh Hoa is a Senior Librarian at Fulbright University Vietnam. Mr. Truong Minh Hoa co-developed the requests based on decades of experience transforming from a traditional library into a digital library. At Fulbright University Vietnam, the Fulbright School's Provost, Mr. Hoa, and faculty work together to maintain alignment with the university's strategic priorities. Truong Minh Hoa's expertise is in building up the development policy of information resources and curriculum-driven library collections closely, as well as applying new technologies in library operations. Mr. Truong Minh Hoa currently leads the Fulbright library and will manage and maintain the digitally-enabled library on the Fulbright University Vietnam campus in District 9.
Mr. Truong Minh Hoa started to work for the Fulbright School in March 2007. He holds a M.A. degree in Library Science from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, HCMC.
