Abstract
Nam A Bank was founded in Oct. 1992, the same time when other banks such as Dong A, Eximbank, HDBank, SCB, Gia Dinh established their headquarters in HCMC and even before ACB did. However, Nam A Bank grew slow compared to the others, its charter capital was only VND600 billion in 2007, then up to VND2 trillion in 2010, and reached the required amount of VND3 trillion in 2011.
