Manh-Tien Bui (in Vietnamese: Bùi Mạnh Tiến) is Research Assistant to Dean of the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, Fulbright University Vietnam. Before joining FSPPM, he worked at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) as a Youth Program Officer, providing technical assistance to support the Government of Viet Nam, particularly the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA), on improving the national policy environment for youth comprehensive development in the country. He also participates in several advocacy programs and research on public health topics such as non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health, occupational health and safety, etc.

Tien gained a Master of Public Policy, majoring in Policy Analysis (class of 2021) from the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, and a MA in International Development from the International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands. He also holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.

His main research areas include Microeconomics, Public Sector Economics, Development Economics, Political Economy, etc.
