Hoang Van Thang is Junior Lecturer cum Research and Outreach Associate at Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management (FSPPM), Fulbright University Vietnam. Thang graduated Master in Public Policy by Fulbright Economics Teaching Program in 2013. After graduation, he worked as an investment analyst for infrastructure and real estate projects and later became Lecturer at the School of Government and Chairman of Research Committee at the Institute of Public Policy, University of Economics HCMC until 2017.
His research interests include regional and local development, enterprise development, public-private partnership (ppp). In addition to research and consultancy activities, Thang also engages in teaching courses Appraisal of Public Investment, Quantitative Methods, Local and Regional Development, Policy Implementation.
