Creative Commons License Summary
Highlighted License Terms:
by Attribution. The licensor (the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management - FSPPM) permits others to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work. In return, licensees (you) must give credit to the FSPPM and the original author(s) of the material you use.
nc Noncommercial. The licensor permits others to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work. In return, licensees may not use the work for commercial purposes -- unless they get the licensor's permission.
deriv Share Alike. The licensor permits others to distribute original or derivative works, but only under a license identical to the one that governs the licensor's work. Derivative works are FSPPM materials that have been edited, translated, combined with someone else's materials, reformatted, or changed in any other way.

Infringement Notification

The FSPPM has extensively reviewed all the materials posted on this site to determine the correct ownership of the material and ensure that the site complies with all applicable copyright law. The FSPPM will promptly remove any material that is determined to be infringing on the rights of others.   • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;
  • A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit FSPPM to locate the material;
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
