The Vietnam Executive Leadership Program (VELP) provides a forum for senior Vietnamese policymakers and business leaders to engage in a structured, research-based dialogue about key policy challenges confronting Vietnam and the world. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive the Certificate of Completion awarded by the Harvard Kennedy School.
