The book is the joint collaborative efforts of a young research group under the sponsor of Fulbright Economics Teaching Program (FETP, University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City). The book discusses provisions under negotiation between Vietnam and other 11 partner countries on signing the Trans-Pacific Partnership (also known as TPP). The research group anticipates obligations for market opening and policy amendments committed by Vietnam prior to TPP entry.
