The main theme of the course is adaptive leadership: mobilizing people to face and handle challenges to thrive in a changing society.
The course provides a theoretical framework for understanding the complexities of change in social systems, analyzing leadership challenges, mobilizing people to do adaptive work, inspiring, and formulating strategies for action.
By studying international and Vietnamese cases, visiting lectures on leadership in Vietnam's public sector as well as individual and group practice exercises, the course will apply theory to practice so that Students can observe what leadership practices are like and focus on building a leadership case study on their own during the semester.
